The European Leadership Network ("ELNET") unites Europeans and Israelis who believe that close relations between Europe and Israel, in their shared democratic values, historical connections, and common interests, are vital to both parties.

ELNET's vision is to pursue strategic partnerships between European countries and Israel, based on shared values of democracy, peace, freedom and prosperity, in building a brighter and safer tomorrow.

ELNET is a pan-European network of local, professional affiliates (non-profit organizations) based in Germany, France, Poland, Brussels, Israel, and ELNET Business Club Ltd. (the "Affiliates").

The use of the term "ELNT" in this Privacy Policy shall include all the Affiliates.

We, at ELNET (the “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the ways we collect information from and about you, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it, so that you may decide whether or not to provide information to us. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our sites and our services. By accessing our website, or using our products or services you agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to any other agreements we might have with you. In the event that such agreements contain terms that conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms of those agreements will prevail. This Privacy Policy does not govern the practices of entities that ELNET does not own or control, or entities that do not own or control ELNET or people that ELNET does not employ or manage.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Sites, when you contact us through the Sites, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services or wishes to donate to ELANT or any of its Affiliates, when we correspond with you, when participating in our activities on the Sites or elsewhere or otherwise contacting us.

  • Name and Contact Data

We collect your first and last name, email address, country of residence phone number, I.D and passport numbers other similar contact and personal data.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

In Short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our websites.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites.   • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to track visitors on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data, and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) it included a data processing amendment. The data collected by Google Analytics will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.

WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We only share and disclose your information in the following situations:

  • Compliance with Laws. Affiliates include any associations that are members of our network include: ELNET Germany, ELNET Israel, ELNET Spain, ELNET, France, ELNET Poland, ELNET Business Club and or other companies or associations that are part of our network. Who has access to your data?
  • Authorized employees of ELNET network. Including in our offices in Israel, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium and the US, have access to your data. They will use it only to the extent necessary for processing your request and/or for fulfilling other relevant objectives. Our employees are subject to a strict obligation of confidentiality.
  • Embedded Content From Other Websites. Articles on our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, articles, images, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if a visitor has visited the website to which this content belongs. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, if the visitor has an account and is logged into these websites.
