The unprecedented attack on Israel is unfathomable, with some referring to it as “Israel’s 9/11.” The land assault by Hamas terrorists includes civilians murdered and many dozens of hostages, including children and elderly, taken to the Gaza Strip, in addition to thousands of rockets targeting much of the population as far north as Herzliya. At least 150 Israelis have been murdered and 1,100 wounded. This is only the beginning of the war, with active terrorists still prowling Israeli communities more than 13 hours after the assault began.
ELNET professionals in Europe, Israel, and the US are mobilized and engaging hundreds of European policymakers and elected officials. It is critical that European leaders support Israel’s right to defend itself and strike back at the Hamas terrorist infrastructure.
