ELNET hosted a delegation of MPs from the German Bundestag Defense Committee. The delegates met with the most senior members of Israel’s defense system, with much of the discussions being related to Germany’s ambitions to enhance its defense capabilities, including interest in the Israeli defense industry.
In November 2021, ELNET hosted the first delegation from the European Parliament to visit Israel in two years.
ELNET recently hosted the largest diplomatic delegation to arrive in Israel since the COVID-19 outbreak. The ELNET delegation was the first to meet with Israel’s new political elite.
The strategic tour allowed European representatives in Israel to experience first-hand the complexity of the maritime border as well as the opportunities and mutual interests at hand.
